Welcome to FixerrAI. Please read this agreement carefully before registering, logging in, or using the app.

1. Services

This app provides image-based issue diagnosis, community discussion, service provider lookup, account management, and related support features. Some results are generated by AI models or third-party data services and are provided for reference only.

2. User Content

You are responsible for the information you submit. Do not post unlawful, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, pornographic, hateful, privacy-violating, spam, or otherwise harmful content. We may remove or limit content that violates these rules.

3. Results and Third-Party Information

AI diagnosis, community suggestions, map or service provider results, and related information do not constitute medical, legal, construction, transaction, or professional service advice. Please make your own judgment based on the actual situation and contact a licensed professional or emergency service if needed.

4. Account and Security

You should keep your login credentials safe and must not share your account with others. If you notice suspicious login activity, account theft, or community safety issues, please contact us through the in-app entry or at support@fixerrai.com.

5. Account Deletion

If you no longer use FixerrAI, you may request account deletion in the app's Settings page. After deletion, we will retain only the minimum records required by law and business necessity, and handle the remaining account data, community content, and history according to applicable rules.
